DATASCAPE

Cape Town

Hi, thanks for calling in.

We enjoy the products we sell - and we use them ourselves.

If we haven't used the model you wish to buy, we'll try and find out more about it for you.

Presently we only operate from our web site, not a physical shop. The advantage of that is a significant cost saving that's passed on to you. We have handled mail orders around the country and confidently continue to offer that service. If you're in Cape Town, we'll deliver the goods personally. We will try and beat any written quote.

We thank our valued customer's for their ongoing business and  for their kind comments.

Feel free to teach us a thing or two about the products we sell - we don't profess to know it all.

Tim,

Thank you once again for your effort.  One hardly ever gets this quality sales support, and we haven’t even bought anything from you … at least not yet.

As I have mentioned to you over the phone, this is a learning experience for me, and your questions have certainly addressed a lot of the things I would like to receive answers to.

Looking forward to hear from you and GARMIN again.

Regards,

Nicol.

Hi Tim,

Thanks for all this info – just wish that all businesses were as helpful.

I think – I have probably made my mind up on the E-map GPS – that is now talking to other off-road guys. The Legend is probably also a choice, but maybe not better that the E-map.

By the way – looking at your comparison lists – under what name is the E-map going? I am using the name E-map because of what I have been told.

Thanks,

Kobus
